American are Sicker Than the Rest of the World
No matter what their income or education level, white middle-aged Americans
are considerably less healthy than their equivalents in England.
They have higher rates of diabetes, heart disease, strokes, lung disease and
cancer, despite the fact that U.S. health care spending is twice that of
England on a per-citizen basis.
Shocking Information
This information is considered stunning by health care experts, although it
coincides with the previously noted fact that U.S. life expectancy is fairly
low among industrialized nations. The precise reasons for the health gap
were not determined by the study.
Twice the Rate of Diabetes and Cancer
Americans had twice the rate of diabetes as the English, and almost twice
the rate of cancer. The health of rich Americans was similar to the health
of lower-income British citizens.

Think about that. Americans spend twice as much on health care, yet are
still generally in poorer health than their peers in the UK. That may
explain, in part, why the average American lifespan has decreased compared
to that of other developed countries.
What's really compelling and alarming about the study: When scientists
created a hypothetical world where Brits suffered from the same lifestyle
risks as Americans -- obesity among them -- America still had more health
problems.
The so-called "experts" claim it's all a big mystery, but it's no surprise
at all to me considering so many Americans still are manipulated and
deceived by the multi-national food and drug companies that care far more
about profits than your health.
In fact, it is surprising to me that Americans aren't even sicker.
Overdependence on health-harming processed foods, and useless and dangerous
quick-fix drug band-aids are some of the major physical reasons why U.S.
immigrants outlive their American-born counterparts; they are less likely to
die of heart disease, lung cancer and suicide.
For one thing, 90 percent of the money Americans spend on food goes toward
processed foods. Folks, you simply cannot stay healthy without you, your
spouse or someone you pay spending some quality time in the kitchen
preparing good wholesome food for you to eat.
How can you possibly be healthy with that much processed food in your diet?
You really need the reverse ratio to stay healthy -- 90 percent
non-processed food. Only 10 percent or less of the food you consume should
be processed.
Also, it would be best to eat as much of that non-processed food with the
least amount of cooking, as heating the food is simply another form of
processing that will diminish the biological value of your food.
You will also want to limit frozen foods as much as practical as, like most
processed foods, they are also deficient in important biophotons.
